Kevin Gates Could Be Charged For Kicking His Female Fan During His Florida Performance

As Gates walked around the stage waiting for his next song to play, an excited female fan grabbed in shorts in effort to get his attention. It’s obvious that Kevin isn’t a fan of people touching him because he viciously kicked the woman in her chest. Based on the video, it seems that Gates overreacted, however the full story has yet to come to surface.

  
 The police in Lakeland, Florida are working with the State Attorney’s Office. The charges up against the rapper are unclear, however authorities are expecting him to be charged.

Although this incident is horrendous, this is not the first time Kevin was involved with something of this nature. In March, a similar event occurred at one of his concerts in Michigan. He was not charged in this case.

The woman who was kicked claimed she was the wrong person and the woman who was actually standing behind her was the one who tugged on his shorts. She’s planning to sue for being wrongly accused.
